Consultation
We start in your basement, not in a showroom. We walk the space with you, take measurements, look at egress, ceiling heights, mechanicals and moisture, and listen to how your family actually wants to use the room. You'll leave the conversation with a clear sense of what's possible and what it roughly takes.

Design Layout and Approval
Floor plans on paper can be hard to picture. We map your new basement right on the slab with chalk lines and metal track, including the bedroom, bathroom, bar, or theater wall. You can stand inside each room, make changes, and approve the layout before a single stud goes up.

Detailed Estimate
You receive a clear, itemized scope that lists every phase, material and allowance. No vague line items, no 'TBD'. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, what's included, and what your options are to move the number up or down.

Build and Finish
We coordinate permits, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, flooring, trim, and paint. We keep the site clean every day and send progress photos regularly, so you always know what happened in your basement that day.

Final Walkthrough
Before final payment, we walk every inch of the finished space together. Any detail that isn't right goes on a punch list and gets handled. Final payment only happens when you're proud to show the room to your friends.
